About Soljio
Soljio is software for running a swim school. One workspace per school covers programs and levels, sessions and lanes, rosters and attendance, report cards, waivers, invoices, and the families who enroll.
Who it is for
Swim school owners, front-desk staff, and instructors. Families never install anything: they browse classes, enroll, sign waivers, and pay on the school's own soljio.com subdomain or custom domain, from the phone they already carry.
How we build it
Soljio is in private beta. We build it with a small group of swim schools, and every school sets up with the founder on a call, usually in one afternoon. What we ship is shaped by what happens on deck: instructors take attendance and mark skills from a phone at the pool edge, and report cards follow the paper checklists schools already use.
What it does today
- Programs, sessions, and schedules planned against lanes, instructors, and capacity
- Online catalog and enrollment with waitlists, waivers, discounts, and payments
- Attendance and skill progress recorded on deck, with report cards guardians can see
- Household accounts, family updates by email, and invoices paid by card, cash, or check
